Festivities

I always love the run up to Christmas.... All the different festivities and food and company. Christmas seems to be the one time when everyone comes home and gets together. that and summer. But i think with Christmas, the soul purpose is to come home and to be around people that you love.

i hand washed all of my hand washable clothes today! and i did not enjoy it one bit. Some of the clothes have actually been festering in my laundry bin since last year. And now is the season that i can wear them again, i thought it was about time to put a bit of freshness back into them. Lovely.

Life is Good right now although i am missing my beloved one like crazy. I am kooking forward to the day when i can see him again, whenever that may be. there is only so much you can take of talking to a computer screen, but love is patient and love endures and that is what i need to keep telling myself.

Yes yes yes!!! this last weekend i went up to roe to visit everybody. And it felt goooooooood to be back! I stayed at Alan and Maddy's and i slept in my old room and it felt as though i was home again!!!

Everybody went out on saturday night as it was Lizzy and James' engagement party. it was Fab!!! another great thing was that Jess was there too! it was as if we hadn't been away at all.

i had such a good night. It was great to catch up with a few of the guys like Luke, Sparky, Andy, Jakey boy, Jo, laura, Jess....... Everybody! i only wish i took more photos. i only took 2... here they are.......................

i just got back from a great hour of wacking loads of ball with a stick... i've never done it before and i have to be honest.... i was absolutely rubbish!!! but it was fun fun fun. i went a long with my two good pals nick and rach and we had a blast trying to wack these balls. its a good stress reliever but it isn't if you can't hit the balls! well its off to Work for me in a minute, the youth of herne bay await a warm and toastie crib to cotch in... here are a few more photo's of our trip to the drive in... laters!

I started my new job today, shadowing Jo. we went and bought tuck for D:caff. it was fun. and tonight is my first night of proper work at D:caff... my volunteer days are over!!! it feels a little strange to say that, because all the things that i have volunteered at are the things i whole heartedly believe in and want to be a part of, and now it is my job to do them. i feel truly blessed.

it was sooooo amazing to see my beloved one this morning before i started, and it was the first time i had seen him in a week. it felt specialxxx

Wooo hoooo i've got a new blog..... after such a cuffufle of being blocked from my blog city blog then forgetting my of blog site, i have now got this one. it will have to do for now i hope i remember this address otherwise i will have to start a whole new one..... i have had a few glasses of wine tonight as i am writing this, so maybe it would be a good idea to write the address down before i forget........................
